Advisory Boards

Understanding the changing needs of our students and their families

Parent Advisory Board

Envision has always encouraged and valued feedback from the parents of our students and we recently formed the Parent Advisory Board to formalize this feedback process, to better understand and anticipate the changing needs of our scholars and their families.

Each of those serving on the board is a parent of a child who has attended one of Envision EMI’s programs. The current Board includes:

  • Rhande Ainslie, West Linn, Oregon
  • Kurtis Boerg, Parnell, Iowa
  • Hope Kuhlman, Gothenburg, Nebraska
  • Danielle Moore, Peoria, Arizona
  • Shelley Power, Cody Wyoming
  • Betsy Rathz, Wexford, Pennsylvania

As members of the board, these parents provide feedback to Envision’s senior management on topics as diverse as program locations, curricular content, ideas for new programs, thoughts on ways to use emerging technologies in programs and in communications and improving the overall program experience.

Congressional Honorary Board of Advisors

A number of current Members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives serve on the Congressional Youth Leadership Council’s Honorary Board of Advisors.
