Voucher Redemptions

Please note the following voucher terms and conditions:

• The vouchers are redeemeable through January 3, 2018, seven years from the date of issuance.
• The vouchers are fully sellable, assignable and transferable to anyone, however, the vouchers may be redeemed by the class member, an immediate member of his/her family (sibling, step-sibling or half-sibling), or a qualified transferee that is nominated by a teacher and/or meets our academic qualifications.
• The class member, family member, or qualified transferee may redeem one $625 voucher toward a future Envision conference with a tuition of less than $3,500. The class member, family member, or qualified transferee may redeem up to two vouchers totaling $1,250 toward a future Envision conference or program with a tuition of $3,500 or more.
• Except as indicated above, the vouchers are not refundable and have no other cash value.

To use the voucher, please choose the program you are interested in attending among the leadership and career-based programs listed on www.EnvisionEMI.com in the "Our Programs" section. Next, complete the Redeemer Information on the tuition voucher that you received in the mail. If applying by mail, send the original tuition voucher, the appropriate program’s completed Enrollment Application and payment for the remaining tuition balance to the address below. If you choose to enroll online and pay in full, you’ll receive a tuition adjustment for the voucher amount to your credit card after a completed, original tuition voucher is received at the address below. If you elect to enroll on a payment plan, the voucher amount will be applied to the final payment as long as the original voucher is received one week prior to your final payment due date. There may be limits on the number of vouchers that can be used in particular programs. Please call us if you have questions about the availability of remaining voucher spots in particular programs.

If you are not the original recipient of the voucher but will be redeeming it per the terms and conditions noted above, you must obtain your own, unique Scholar ID by calling (800) 781-7174 prior to enrolling and mailing your voucher.
