Overview of Programs
The Right Program for the Right Student
Envision offers programs for students from elementary school through college. These programs vary in length and locality from day programs in a nearby town to excursions that last up to several weeks and span the entire world. However, there are certain elements at the core of an Envision EMI experience:
- The Company of Peers – Students find themselves at home in a community where their colleagues and peers all share the values and attitudes of high achievers.
- Real World Challenges – In every program, students go beyond the classroom and out into the “real world” where they experience what the life of a successful leader could be like.
- Lasting Lessons – Whether it’s identifying a new strength, speaking to a group, or leading a team, each student will return home with new skills, abilities, motivation and confidence in the future that awaits them.
- Life Long Advantages – Of course, the most valuable aspects of attending any Envision program are the leadership skills, connections and experiences that students will be able to draw upon for the rest of their lives.

Elementary School Student Programs
National Young Scholars Program
Students join other high-achieving 3rd thru 5th graders as they build a bridge, solve a crime or slip into surgical scrubs during involving exercises that teach real skills, highlight leadership traits and expose students to a whole range of exciting professions.
Middle & Junior High School Student Programs
Junior National Young Leaders Conference
In the company of other mature, high-achieving middle school students, participants visit Washington, D.C. and through site visits, simulations, discussions and briefings, experience both the history of our nation and the skills they will need for a life of leadership.
National Young Leaders State Conference
During an intense four days, students are immersed in exercises and activities, group projects and discussions that introduce and hone both the concept and practice of the eight core leadership power tools.
Explore Medicine & Healthcare
Explore the exciting world of medical science — By attending this program you will see exactly what it’s like to be on the front line of patient care. Get briefed by doctors, professors and medical researchers on advances in technology and patient care. Experience what it’s like to be on a healthcare team, evaluate a patient in need and determine treatment options.

National Young Leaders Conference
In the company of other high achievers, students join in discussions of current events and issues with top policy makers in Washington, D.C., take part in dynamic real-world simulations and lead peers through role-playing exercises in an energy-charged environment.
Global Young Leaders Conference
Students join other high-achieving peers for an exchange of ideas, perspectives and connections with some of the world's top business leaders, policy officials, journalists, diplomats and academics in the dynamic environments of Washington, D.C. and New York City; or Beijing, Hangzhou and Shanghai.
National Youth Leadership Forum on Law and CSI
During a journey to Washington, D.C. and amidst our nation’s highest courts and top law enforcement agencies, students take part in mock trials, get hands on with CSI techniques and join panel discussions with industry experts on the career that could await.
National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine
Students enter the real world of modern medicine by joining doctors on their rounds, observing surgeries, joining discussions on disease research and experiencing both the day-to-day realities and life skills essential to a successful career in health care today.
National Youth Leadership Forum on National Security
In a rare opportunity, students experience the reality of the national security field in the nation’s capital as they take part in security simulations, behind-the-scene site visits and discussions on the future of national security with today’s national security leaders.
Law & Trial
Court is in session! — The experience of a lifetime awaits you at Stanford Law School where you’ll bring a case to trial, argue your position before judge and jury and learn what it takes to lead your legal team to courtroom victory.
Prepare and take your case to court! Grapple with ethical issues, craft oral arguments, question witnesses – all while orchestrating the ultimate outcome of the courtroom trial simulation.
